We provide granite spray texture coating services for exterior and interior walls, including a free site visit, colour and texture consultation, surface preparation, application, and post-project inspection. The specific scope of work for your project will be confirmed with you during the site visit and quotation process.

Quotations are provided based on the information gathered during your free site visit, including wall condition, surface area, accessibility, colour selection and any required repairs. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ from what was assessed, and any changes will be communicated to you before work proceeds.

Site visits and project bookings are arranged via WhatsApp. Appointment dates and project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, site accessibility, or material availability. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Payment terms, including any deposit and payment schedule, will be agreed upon with you at the time of quotation or booking and confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp) before work begins.

We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule a site visit or a booked project, so we can accommodate you and other customers accordingly.

Warranty coverage for completed work depends on the coating system selected and the scope of your project, and will be set out at the time of quotation and confirmed upon project completion. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and does not cover damage caused by structural movement, external impact, or improper maintenance.

To help us deliver your project safely and on schedule, please provide accurate information about your property, ensure reasonable access to the work area, and inform us of any site-specific hazards or structural concerns you are aware of.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homicare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and project photography, is the property of Homicare unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
